Age is just a number, chase your dreams.
What better way to caring for those, who cared for us once!
Kintsugii, is our pursuit to reignite the global elderly with a purposeful life
Ageing is a normal and valued part of life and not a pathological state.
We aspire to create a global platform to connect the global elderly where they can flaunt their talents or thoughts, showcase their craftsmanship, set their heart free, rediscover themselves and indulge in an activity which reignites their spirit.
Kintsugii’s vision is to create a global family – “Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam” by engaging the global elderly to make them even stronger, beautiful & resilient in mind, body and spirit.

The people behind this initiative…
In love with their innocence, toothless smile, silver strands, her heart scrunches on their helplessness. Passionate to make a difference to the elderly lives by giving them a purpose and life with dignity. Being a caregiver herself to a mother who had Alzheimers, understands the nitty gritty of the biological, physical and emotional needs of the elders. Her mission is to support the caregivers, elders and their niche environment, and ensure they do not to miss what she missed doing for her mother. A researcher by profession is constantly on a quest to let the sheen of their sunshine years remain lustrous.
Lakshmi’s passion for the elderly is truly infectious. Be it her 97-year-old grandma or any “ammomma” in her vicinity, she’s out there to make a difference. Her wick making project - Wicksdom, also known as “Ammoommathiri” (“Grandmother’s wicks”) which made newlines with none other than Mr. Amitabh Bachan or urging the ammomma’s to make their “grandmark” pickles or embroidery on little frocks, she’s all out there nudging them to make a difference. Being a fashion designer, she dresses these products in mind blowing packaging. Consciously all her ventures are elderly inclusive. A warrior for “Egalitarians” or equality is Lakshmi’s buzz word.
